Can you please help me on the below concern please:
I will be travelling to Netherlands on WP and planning to get my Wife later. say after 9 moths.
Can I get her Visa along with me and she can travel later or should I do it before travel?
If I have to get her VISA processed before her travel, Can I get the marriage certificate and Birth Certificate Apostile right now and use it later?
Please help me on this.
Once the visa is stamped your wife has to travel within 3 months.
Madhu,
can you please help me on the below:
If I have to get her VISA processed before her travel, Can I get the marriage certificate and Birth Certificate Apostile right now and use it later?
yes. as long as it is all within 6 months. Beyond that MC will need to be re-apostilled.
Thank you Vivek and Madhu,
I have a question about Apostille service. Where can it be done easily? I live in Bangalore, the Regional Passport Office does not have any clue about it. I am trying to log into e-Sanad website by MEA, but the process is so not clear and ambiguous to say the least. More over if the Originals have to sent to MEA Apostille Office
IVS Global Center in Bangalore is asking for INR 3,000/- per certificate to be Apostilled. Is this the price? I have 4 certificates that need to be Apostilled. Does anyone else has any experience with these guys?
Thank you,
Sathish
